{"id":58,"date":"2020-02-12T10:19:59","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T01:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iverc.vet.ous.ac.jp\/?page_id=58"},"modified":"2022-06-14T14:32:49","modified_gmt":"2022-06-14T05:32:49","slug":"relations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/iverc.vet.ous.ac.jp\/en\/relations\/","title":{"rendered":"International Relations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>International Symposium Report<\/h2>\r\n<h3>2018 Academic Year<\/h3>\r\n<p>Wildlife Management of Transboundary Infectious Diseases<\/p>\r\n<p>The seminar was held on March 23 with invited guests Kinki Yagi and Koji Uraguchi from the Hokkaido Institute of Health, Christoph Staubach from Friedrich-Loeffler-Institut, Germany, and Hiroshi Aoki from Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University.<\/p>\r\n<h3>2019 Academic Year<\/h3>\r\n<p>Emergence of Tick-Borne Zoonotic Diseases That Are Attracting Attention Now<\/p>\r\n<p>Lecturers were Dr. Mifang Liang of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of China and Dr. Masayuki Saijo and Dr. Ken Maeda of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, held on November 2nd.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Overseas Dispatch Report<\/h2>\r\n<h3>2018 Academic Year<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Chulalongkorn University School of Veterinary Medicine (Thailand) <br \/>\r\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Dr. Akihiko Sugiyama of the Department of Veterinary Medicine Clinical Pathology Course visited in March 2018<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Department of Veterinary Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Rajshahi University (Bangladesh)<\/span><br \/>\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In January 2019, Dr. Kei Hayashi of the Department of Veterinary Medicine Zoology Course visited for joint research.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Kasetsart University School of Veterinary Medicine (Thailand)<\/span><br \/>\r\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In March 2019, Dr. Sho Nakamura of the Department of Veterinary Medicine Animal Health Course visited for joint research.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>2019 Academic Year<\/h3>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>City University of Hong Kong Veterinary Medicine (China\/Hong Kong)<br \/>\r\nIn August 2019, Dr. Tokuma Takai of the Department of Veterinary Medicine Wildlife Science Course and Noboru Fujitani of the Inspection Center visited the site.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of the Philippines (Philippines)<br \/>\r\nDr. Shunpei Watanabe of the Department of Veterinary Medicine Microbiology Course visited in June 2019 for joint research.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>Overseas Activities<\/h2>\r\n<h3>2019 Academic Year<\/h3>\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li>The 6th Asia Veterinary Specialists Society (China\/Shanghai)<br \/>\r\nProfessor Fumio Hoshi, Professor Tohru Fukase, Associate Professor Yoshiki Ito, Associate Professor Takako Shimokawa, and Lecturer Noritaka Maeda of Veterinary Medicine attended.
